i agree. am also thinking the reason CEO green loaded up all that stock from the toxic lenders was so he would have equity to give DA in the transaction. this means no capital change required to "deal in" DA. green is a shareholder, just like us, DA will be, too, so it's in everyone's interest to do the deal with existing shares. jmho.
