numerous people keep stating they are in contact with the TA for ECIG and they are spitting out the increase in OS. I honestly don't know if its all fabrication or what. The only way i know how to accurately calculate OS count is by market cap divided by price as you pointed out. i honestly don't know if the new OS count is now 127 mill or around 82 when you crunch the numbers from today.
