I agree regarding ongoing trials most important Shire and IMO its going to be positive.Today was old news it was filed 7/31 if one read through all the SEC filings it stated exactly what occured today.So this is 4 1/2 months old.

I still say the ongoing ligation is vital to the future of ILNS.One must defend its patent estate if not Shire and others are no different then Pfizer they will pull the same bullchit.

I still see a settlement.I would rather go to summary judgement cause they going to play hardball.I bet a dollar to a donut Oing will rule in Intellects favor.

If you owe me money I want it all plus interest legal fees and whatever damages I can drill you for.If not I roll the dice and take my chances.Now thats just me LOL!
