SVFC, left a message for Jim @ Hanover not too long ago and he called me back (anyone who wants to call him - 818-516-3432).
I was told he spoke with SVFC for about 1H 30 min about upgrading on communication and more dialogue with shareholders, etc so they post information in timely manner to which they committed themselves doing. Jim was pleased with how the meeting with them went on that subject. Now, they didn't talk about share structure, etc as Jim is not the person who SVFC would be talking about with. As we all know SVFC's investment advisors are Dinosaur and Dawson Finance Serv. which are one of the best out there. We should start hearing/seeing PRs from SVFC as they again committed to do that. I believe SVFC may turn around here quickly otherwise they would be seeking advise from Hanover or investment banking advisors like the two mentioned above.
