Notice how they don't ANYWHERE state they actually received audit letter since suggesting it was days away in October.

They don't have the proper audited financials for the form 10. They been running a side show about "eye candy" formatting to distract their shareholders from this issue.

Just wanted to wish you all a very merry Christmas. I'm heading out now for a much deserved vacation across Europe for the holidays. Hopefully Eric wont Shuck, Suck, and Jive the shareholders too much in my absence. I can only imagine the next ridiculous excuse hes going to offer up why there will be no proper form 10 filed this year but I am sure I will hear about it when I return.

Its been an amazing year in the OTC... well expect for HHSE stock, but MERRY XMAS YALL!
