You are right, it isn't. When NITE moves his 100 ask up, because he gets hit, then you will see 100, at a higher price, often immediately followed by a higher quantitiy, like 1.546. It would be too much of a coincidence to have a retail buyer step in at that exact time and at that price. Who would want to sell 1.546 shares anyway?
