Well thats with any small biotech company which its main source of funding is license fees and speculated investors.I doubt ILNS makes it that far before its taken out.

I was expecting low to mid 70% Yes on the 4 Proposals not almost every vote in favor.

Either the small ones went along or they sold and some large investor owns most of the float making me think something is coming which is by far needed and along time coming.
