"On September 20, 2014 CEO Paul Thompson and VP Julio Baltazar met with representatives from Hanka, an industrial provider of explosives. Hanka will provide knowledge and support as the company pursues this permit. The company hopes to submit for this permit in the next week."

Is now: "the companies [sic] desire to submit for a blasting permit after the first of the year."

As I mentioned in previous posts and PT mentioned in the video it is done by the Mexican military and seems to have quite a few hoops to jump through. They must have 24-7 security and guards on site at all time which is a significant ongoing expense which will hopefully pale in comparison to the profits we will pull from the underground.
