I think you're confused because share price does not equal company value.

Implant is materially higher in terms of value than ASTC. That is a fact that has remained fairly consistent.

ASTC is not as valuable as Implant, whether you choose to admit it or not. The market has made that pretty clear.

Share price action is comparable (I don't think the 52 weeks chart for ASTC is at a high, right), but value is not.
