Yep, it is the product of massive toxic financing and billions of shares dumped at .0001 and .0000485. That's why this will go nowhere (other than a tick or two) until they come clean with future financing plans. Shares will keep getting added at 2 and 3 because folks who bought lower will gladly get out at that level.
