The fact that management used Form 4 filings to lure investors into a trap should be grounds for denying RS, but probably not. Never underestimate human stupidity when anticipating the actions of management. Idiots they could have allowed the share price to appreciate to maybe above a penny with the right news and transparency, maybe higher. RS was entirely unnecessary.
