CEO acquired 142,818,181 total shares on 7/23/14 the PPS was closed at .0011 the following business day. The PPS is now at .0001 and on 12/08/14 CEO acquired another 465,000,000 shares making a total of 607,818,181. So my point is he did not dilute the first group of shares for 11x the value now. There is no filing of shares sold only accumulative acquisitions. These guys must have something much larger in the works than dumping shares at .0001 or even the .0011 level when given the chance. I am holding to see how this works out.
