Why is Paul not announcing the Patent publicly?

iHub is the only place I see any mention at all of the patent for the child safe cannabis packaging. What is the advantage of keeping it a secret? Why not make it known to the world? I am not understanding ACGX just setting on this news and not releasing it to the masses. The PPS would start shooting straight up the second the news hit the wire. And please don't say it is because the patent is only pending. The world is full of patent pending products that are setting the world on fire with sales. Penny stocks move on news!
