you have to dissect the pieces parts...

it makes no sense for Hensley as Itonis Pharma to be doing what he could be doing under Migranade for emesyl where he owns the whole 9 yards. If he has more irons in the fire product wise he has 2 choices of companies in which to pursue that, but I figure with Oasis being his lab I think Migranade would be the preference, which does not help ITNS at all.

right now, Itonis (non-pharma) has only what comes under myec, which for the moment is zilch

so I feel that the situation between Cheung and Hensley is still very vague, in dealing with a product common to two companies in some way

Cheung does not "own" Hensley and whatever he does

it is way over my head
