I think Isaac Capital bought their 400K shares from Perkins Capital Management. Perkins filed a 13G-A today showing their share holdings fell about 400K since their last 13G filing.
Frankly I wish Perkins wasn't a seller since they are a very respected microcap investor. Plus they still own 440K shares which may represent overhead resistance for ARCI now.
Isaac appears to be an unknown quantity at this point. My research shows they own a majority stake in DRAM and a near-majority stake in LIVE, for what it's worth.
Government is never more dangerous than when our desire to have it help us blinds us to its great power to harm us.
