Clonefan..k741 post # 26644 giving information from an AR14-012 is a fabricated statement.Notice the second paragraph of the so called AR14-012 is from a ligit AR132-019 from the FY 2013.2 Oklahoma Applied Research Support Summeries of Projects Recommended for Funding.The AR132-019 is legit and lists the winners of the OCAST Grant money starting with #1) 3dicon and their 300,000 dollar award.You can google the AR132-012 and read the language of this statement .The first paragraph of this AR14-012 is a made up document followed by the in part accurate 2nd paragraph from the legit AR132-019 but read the last sentence of that paragraph is fabricated " The project builds upon prior research and development of 3dicon display systems by Optecks.You might also google ...AR14-012 and see what comes up..You can see this is associated with a DHS document( AR14-012) from Oregon ,a document ( AR14-012) from a Mass .Gov website and a document from the HIH website ( very clever )for a document titled AR14-012 about something to do lupus, arthritis and other autoommune conditions.There is no association with an AR14-012 and Optecks or 3dicon out there...Very clever on the part of this erson on how they fabricated all of this to start a scandal...Watch this post get deleted very quickly!!!
