Last time it didn't turn out so well. We need someone who wants the company to succeed, not a guy who will use his access to the records to try to destroy the company, get it delisted, get former management and staff in trouble with IRS, or any of the other dirty deeds Gonzalo Leon tried. Luckily he was so completely incompetent he couldn't even do that, but he sure tried.

I don't remember - did he do any single thing that was good for the company?

You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich. You cannot
strengthen the weak by weakening the strong. You cannot bring on
prosperity by discouraging thrift. You cannot lift the wage earner
up by pulling the wage payer down.
