Timeline for Patent for child resistant cannabis packaging

Has anyone heard a timeline on the patent for the child resistant cannabis packaging? Obviously this is absolutely HUGE for ACGX. Child resistant packaging for cannabis will be mandatory just as CR packaging is mandatory for medication. A patent on the packaging will be extremely valuable especially for edibles because the products will be endless.
