I will be also uploading my new progress with ADEQ and also I hate to say it out loud because of the noise on the board but the land owner has a open APP Permit in place and GUESS WHAT ALL THE INFORMATION THAT WAS PAID FOR WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO ME FOR MINE. So water permit air permit water waste permit and APP will all be done and shown and proven PERIOD.

So we will be processing again before the end of the year and then sending off the concentrates to be processed and then sold. This will go back to the monthly revenues everyone is waiting on.

There are no "open APP Permits" on the Congress Mine. Any permitting that was done there is from 20+ years ago, and no longer relevant. And even if all the "information" was available for MNGG to use in their current permitting, it is still a year or more to process the permit. Processing before the end of the year.......which year?

Oh, and by the way, the landowner (John Owens) is a documented serial scammer with USAR - Joel is in good company.
