Nope, passed through a few times over the years. I noticed that OK and NE don't have any dry counties. I have a solution. Why don't we have alcohol states and cannabis states, either way you end up with altered states, but you don't get locked for being altered by cannabis in an alcohol state and likewise being altered by alcohol in a cannabis state is not a crime...unless you're driving altered by alcohol, that'll never be ok in any of the three states. Or we could be really wise and spend an entire session of congress abolishing laws that are outdated, costly, and have simply failed, across the board, as opposed to whatever it is that they are doing now. Whatever it is, they are clearly not good at it.
