Goldseeker stated that AMDL Diagnostics was up to date on their filings and that Mac was President and Akio was the Secretary of AMDL Diagnostics Inc., a Division of Radient Pharmaceuticals, now the proud owner of RXPC assets and stock. Goldseeker also mistakenly mentioned that AMDL Diagnostics had to pay and file their 2014 annual report and fees by Jan.1, 2015..When I owned my corps, we had till March 15 of the year in my state and the taxes were due on that day.... AMDL and Radient have until March 1, 2015 to get all their annual filings and fees paid and up to date..We just wanted to clear up that fallacy. imo Wolf
