No numbers at all ... it was more like a form letter ... trying to make initial contact. Didn't even list the number of shares they thought I owned. Didn't really read the non-disclosure form but suspect I would be agreeing not to disclose whatever price they offered. Which would be fine with me .... Not going to cut and paste ... also wonder whether they monitor this site ... don't want to screw myself either.

Any idea how a private offer would work if the purchaser was in a foreign country - like in Hong Kong?
