There is no tenn. deal. There is no northeast deal. Mobile kiosks do not work. You do not have to have 50 years in the business world to realize that. Securing a space for a mobile units outside a football venue, if available, can cost several hundred dollars, but most likely, more than a thousand. This is not much more than a breakeven proposition for a food kiosk, but certainly a bad deal for a coffee kiosk. Do you real think they are going to sell hundreds of cups of coffee to those persons going in and going out? Mobile and quasi-mobile businesses, food or otherwise, do not work, being them at sporting events, at festivals of any kind, flea-markets, antique markets, farmers markets, central isles at malls, et cetera. If one is a hard worker and one is willing to work the outlet, some mobile kiosk could turn out to be better than working for somebody else at $10 per hour, but that is about it. Forget it. Save your money. Put it elsewhere. Maybe it would be best to leave the penny stock world behind for good. Or go to a casino. Your odds might not be as good, but your chances of making a killing will be much higher.
