Parker made a deal with Drake Gold including a discount on stock after Parker goes public... I don't know when that was, but I'm guessing sometime ago. Multiple companies have signed LOIs with Parker too, including Billy's other company. IMO they are continuing to use Parker to sell shares. Probably very little value in Parker. Why would you sell a third of a company for less than $75k worth of stock, if it did hold value?
