4.9.1. The Unit Par Value of the Debentures shall not be adjusted. The Debentures shall bear
interests corresponding to the cumulated variation at the rate of ninety percent (90%) of the daily
average rates for one-day Interbank Deposits Over Extra Group (“DI Rate”), denominated in percentage
form based in one year of two hundred and fifty-two (252) business days, as calculated and quoted by
CETIP S.A. – Organized Counter of Assets and Derivatives (“CETIP”), over the Unit Par Value or the
balance of the Debenture’s Unit Par Value, from the date of subscription of the relevant debentures, and
paid at the end of each Capitalization Period, pro rata temporis, pursuant to the formula provided in
subsection 4.9.1.1 (“Remuneration”).
4.9.1.1. The Remuneration shall be calculated by using the following formula:
