I don't think REDG has had an on-time filing in the last 2 years. So I'm not worried about it. They changed accounting firms about a year ago now.

I think it was Benny who promised the financials would get in order and on time, yet we have seen late financials every time as far as I can remember.

So again, I wouldn't worry about it.
