Looks like they are going to settle.


12/11/2014 60 Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Robert J. Shelby: Scheduling Conference held on 12/11/2014. Cnsl participated in mediation and are currently working on finalizing settlement. A further status conference is set for 1/16/2015 at 02:30 PM in Rm 7.300 before Judge Robert J. Shelby.
