I'm thinking EWSI is closer to going into receivership than anyone thinks here. With so many convertible notes coming due, and no one buying their shares even at this level, they will eventually default on the loans.

They have already been evicted from the Ohio facility, meaning they cannot even pay rent on their flagship operation.

Just a matter of time until the creditors take control and liquidate.
