Then hopefully, the Inventiv case will be settled 3rd or 4th qtr 2015 for around $18m.

That would be nice but the trial is scheduled to START sometime in the 3rd quarter of 2015 and, I would assume, take a while for findings to be made....and then the appeals will get filed...so probably waaay into 2016 for an actual award to hit the coffers.

...and by that time I would hope there are other positive issues that would have impacted the share price. The actual award will probably come when they need it the least

Of course all this info is from a third party since the company has chosen not to keep shareholders in the link....
