Carboat, I have to disagree that it would be totally irresponsible. Remember that PPHM does know things about the SUNRISE trial that the public does not e.g. they know how enrollment is going, both in numbers and location (important), they know how many events are needed for the two early look-ins, and they know what the parameters are for stopping the trial for good/bad effacy and/or safety. On top of that, they know what their plan is for additional trials. I can generate at least 1 scenario where NOT expanding AVID for BAVI commercialization at this time would be totally irresponsible.

The bottom line is for whatever reason, PPHM is keeping information that is not required to be disclosed, very close hold. However, all the information releases have been re-inforcing the MOA which is huge.
