But who's going to act as the police in this environment? The oversight agencies are just as corrupt as the brokerages. And then you note that the FBI may have a specific office that is allowing the corruption to occur?

I don't mean to be unkind, but NOBODY--and that would include the brokerages and the regulators--cares all that much about BCIT. Or the OTC.
