The Mitchell wells 1 and 2 were drilled years ago. long before Treaty was involved. The Mitchel wells 3 and 4 were drilled by TNC... Not Heart Land. Treaty failed to pay TNC even though they had the money to do so from "investors"... The money was diverted into the pockets of the Treaty conmen. Even when Treaty had 2 somewhat decent wells they could not resist in using them to rip folks off. Like I have said many times... Treaty's REAL business plan is to rip everybody and anybody off... They were NOT MISTAKES it was a intentional rip-off. U.S. Fuels knows what that's about.
