Great post TOB... What you've outlined here already shows December to be a momentous month for the company. I fully agree with your post. ;)

Everyone needs to go back periodically and read the pr's and letter to shareholders released the past few months to be reminded of how well the company is progressing. What the company accomplishes is all that really matters.

That QIDP designation given to Brilacidin by the FDA is momentous enough for me. It's great 3rd party validation that the Brilacidin phase IIb trial went well. Some want to see the data, myself included, but, getting that QIDP designation is momentous in itself! ;)

This is truly a Momentous month for Cellceutix.

The start of new Clinical Trials for a small biotech like CTIX and the continued progress of the ongoing clinical trial is truly momentous.

The successful conclusion and positive Top-Line result of the Phase 2b trial for Brilacidin for ABSSI including superbug MRSA is truly momentous. The release of the full clinical report will be a milestone for CTIX.

The University of Bologna Phase 1/2 trial of Kevetrin in combination with cytarabine in patients with Leukemia (AML), will be the first combination trial of Kevetrin, and at a top 10 European cancer research institution.

That = Momentous.

The Brilacidin P2 Clinical Trial for Oral Mucositis will represent yet another Brilacidin Clinical Trial. This for a different indication. Indeed, an indication with almost zero other treatment options.

That = Momentous.

Kevetrin trial for solid tumours at the Harvard Cancer Center's Dana Farber advancing into a higher cohort gives further evidence of safety at a dose now above the range that Dr Menon believes will be therapeutic in humans. A successful Phase 1 trial sets the stage for Phase 1b, Phase 2, or even Phase 2/3 trials. It also clears the University of Bologna trail to begins.

That = Momentous.

Brilacidin Phase 2b for ABSSSI including the superbug MRSA bottom-line data and the path to a Phase 3 trial is also expected. This is the furthest along product for CTIX, and the first Phase 2 success. The QIDP designation from the FDA adds tremendous value to this potential first in class blockbuster antibiotic.

That = Momentous.

Prurisol for psoriasis cleared to begin a Phase 2 Clinical Trial, and beginning that trial.

That = Momentous.

All these Clinical Trials for potentially blockbuster drugs is truly momentous for a small company like CTIX. That is a lot of trials. They may not succeed... but if any one of them does, CTIX should do quite well. Just the start of so many trials should support the share price.

That truly = MOMENTOUS!

I've not even mentioned the pre-clinical research going on, at Cellceutix, and also leading research centers such as MD Anderson, Beth Israel, and un-named Texas University, and even a major Pharmaceutical company.

It truly is a momentous period in Cellcetix's history. We've even seen a tad of that reflected in the CTIX share price.

IMO it is important to focus on the real progress CTIX is making. Alternatively, to interpret a single word, such as "momentous" as [insert whatever I imagine it MUST mean] is setting up for unnecessary disappointment. Especially if the CEO has not even suggested those things are on the table for this month.

JMO opinion. I fully understand others may be excited at a possible opportunity to sell into a CTIX rally, and impatient for that to occur. For me, the CTIX share price progress looks great and as I have a longer term view. A 14% pullback from All-Time New Highs for CTIX? That = hohum for me.

The "momentous" I'm looking for is exactly what I'm seeing from CTIX, the continued progress of Cellceutix. The developing science, and the momentous increase in Clinical Trials and pre-clinical research.

I'd encourage those doing sincere due intelligence to read it again and see what the real contents are. Sure, there could be additional surprises. But a read of that PR shows what is really on the table, which truly = momentous advancement for Cellceutix.
