Oregon effect on marijuana sales in Washington. Along the Columbia I would guess Washington sales of pot will drop. The tax structure appears to give Oregon dealers a price advantage. Probably little effect in Seattle/King county, but it should kill sales in Vancouver and Kelso etc. . There is already a large traffic of goods from Oregon to Washington. No sales tax in Oregon. Anyplace there is a bridge across the Columbia should be a good pot market on the Oregon side.
NB:Oregon sales will likely not start until 2016. The OLCC has to put together a lot of rules.
