He's obviously the man in charge of every aspect of the business, though, and installed his feebleminded brother as CEO to make sure that was uninterrupted.

Some investors get worried when they see that the CEO is a convicted felon spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to stave off his well-earned prison sentence, so therefore there was the necessity of installing a figurehead, who'd never get ideas of running the place on his own, with the exception of a new and weird concentration on MMA content.
