JUNK, "They would likely be better served to take up their own civil suits against the company." That would be throwing good $ after bad. Think about it: #1 hire a lawyer & pay his fee. #2 trying to get blood out of a turnip.
LOL they haven't ever paid any bills, how would they pay a judgment.
All personal assets are well hidden.
