Let me guess either VNDM and VFIN on the Ask? As to your guesses, yes to all of them. Here is how it works, these were the following trades made during market hours sold by the Broker to retail for the Diluting entity:

Price Shares Dollar Volume

0.0135 20000 270
0.0135 25000 337.5
0.0135 25000 337.5
0.0135 25000 337.5
0.013 73000 949
0.013 10000 130
0.0121 256000 3097.6

Total Shares Dollar Volume Averaged Price 1.5% Fee Net Trade Price
434000 5459.1 0.012579 0.000189 0.01239

So as you can see these trades were during trading hours to retail, the broker then buys all of the shares from the seller in one single purchase minus the 1.5% Block Position fee and posts after close to report the "Net Trade". These weighted average trade transactions are quite common and are the sign of dilution. Some other common MMs to dilute through are BKRT and LAFC, used to see VERT a lot but they seem to be really limited these days.

If you want to read up on them here is a link to FINRA describing both net trades and weighted transactions:
