I understand your point, but for it to operate, for Carl to operate as President, I assume he is being paid for work he is doing for ERV (GKE) it would have to have some kind of funding and expenses.

There would have to have some value to it, minor or not and still be reported as owned by VSPC on the 10-Q.

Rule #1 is never lose money.

Rule #2 is never forget Rule #1.
