Ergo, if Moskowitz sold some shares either via RME or directly from the company at below market prices to some Romanian or Guatemalan group and told them they were free-trading shares and provided the TA with fake David Bomart opinion letters to make the TA treat them as free-trading shares, and the Romanians and Guatemalans sold them and wired the money back to Romania via Guatemala, they haven't done anything illegal.
They simply relied upon one of the MANY, MANY Moskowitz lies and the fake David Bomart letters that Moskowitz badly forged for a fictional attorney to fool the TA.
There is no evidence that I'm aware of that any other specified party committed any illegal acts.
If anyone has such evidence, name the party(ies), the alleged illegal act(s), the elements of said illegal act(s) to constitute a crime, and the evidence proving those elements.
Otherwise, this is just a lot of nonsense and is going nowhere. May as well play a videogame with the time.
