No, this POS has 50 BILLION SHARES AUTHORIZED.
Last I checked, hesg had less than half of that issued.
So no, A REVERSE SPLIT is NOT THE ONLY THING REMAINING TO DO.

A r/s is certainly a possibility, but not likely based on what information is presently known, and that is not much.
