Basically, they're claiming an office --or "satellite"-- every place one of their managers live.

I don't get the relevance of the history/ tour guide slide show of Malta though unless they plan to be travel agents too. Malta is a haven for tax evaders http://www.sooum.com/malta.html

Finally, the website is a grammatical disaster. Whoever wrote it has a habit of randomly capitalizing certain words (usually when describing employment activity) presumably to add emphasis or importance to them.
