Sec Fail To Deliver Data -- opted to check sec's report to see if any volume listed @ otcshortreport from 11/18 - 11/28 failed to deliver, and don't get how all shorts after 11/18 were covered or why/how that intial one failure to deliver was carried without an increase because there was some good shorting taking place during this time frame??
