What's missing is a little cooperation from SoOum. If they have any of these sugar,bananas,P&G,hemp or any other deal then why not PR it????? It seems to me like SoOum does NOT want the PPS to go up. Either that or they don't have any deals!! Why would SoOum not want the PPS to go up? The answers I come up with are not good.
