Oh man, Do I have a story for you SOU folks!!! Get this, Now, as Ive stated plenty of times, Im a successful real estate investor. Been doing deals for years and have aquired many many units and properties. Anyways, my stepdad, a guy who thinks he knows everything, a steel factory worker, well, hes selling his home because he just built a new one. Im not helping him with the sale of his house even though i know a trillion times more about investing and real estate than he could ever dream of knowing. But hes selling this house by owner. He got an offer and he counter offered and the potential buyers accepted his counteroffer, so he has his name on this counter offer for the exact price he wants. But while all this has been going on, there have been other couples and families looking at this house also. Guess what, Another family also put in a bid and my step father accepted another counteroffer for the same exact price as the 1st couple. So now he has 2 different families with 2 different offers with his signature on 2 seperate counter offers at the same time. Again, Ive been in real estate for quite some time and have attained alot of success, And in my eyes, I see some law suits coming against my step father, I MEAN WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU GOING TO DO, HAVE 2 SEPERATE FAMILIES AT THE CLOSING TABLE LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Man this guy does not know what hes getting himself into. But you CAN NOT make a deal with 2 seperate families for the same exact house. hahhaha. WOW
