if I use that low to project a long-term Hidden Pivot rally target, I come up with 18,929 — about 9% above current levels.

since route 1 (chart 1) has a very good hit on prior high 17151.56 (09/03) (theoretical 17150.25, 1.382), therefore, DJI needs to break 18062, and 18484 before speculating even higher numbers.
