Question to the doubters out there!

If they didn't intend to go into production, why would they be holding a contest, saying they will place the name of the winners on the website?

Why would they promise to give a one year supply of beverage to the top prize winner, meaning three cases a month if they have no intention of doing so?

They have legally obligated to do this!

Why woulld they sticking their neck out inviting a lawsuit they cannot win?
