$FRCN • from my DD the Company it's self is doing better than ever, cost cutting seems like a smart move, IMO.

#TheAsherEffect had a lot of pressure on the SP as they issued shares to settle their final debt with them. #Asher has no reason to want this Company to survive so.. the share price has suffered but in the long run "if" the Company is doing $Millions is gross rev & "if" it shows a profits then, well you do the math.

As far as R/S it doesn't change the value of the Company - only the number of shares its divided into.
R/S and lower the outstanding to about a million shares or less -
It might be better off is all I'm suggesting. I'm holding millions & millions of share so it's not in my interest for them to do a R/S for the record but looking at these deals everyday for 25yrs, well you do your own DD.
