It was inferred, with no coroboration, that they were buying 20K shares when they started and would buy more over time. I believe I once posted if we paid them more than $1.00, ever, they were over paid.. I didn't like Rudy from the gitgo and am happy they will be history pretty soon. I am surprised it took Ferris this long to dump them..I still believe that Miller had something on Ferris or they would have been gone a long time ago. Ferris was never shy about ending relationships of any sort..
