I figure one of the next couple of press releases will include a new round of financing. It is possible that it will be in form of a partnership but I give that a low chance and I would rather see them wait. I figure 25Million comes off the shelf. Should not hurt the share price (in fact it may help...the balance sheet is not very strong).

Going a bit farther out on a limb I'm guessing it will be announced with either the P2b numbers, the K cohort progression, or both.
