When you say not enough shares....does that refer to if McHenry would act like a real CEO and take DUTV to another level...right? I could see that..but it's a big IF. Right now, it appears he is having a hard time even posting an attorney letter.

As of now, there are plenty of shares available. Millions are available if you or others really want them. 1.2 Billion float...there are plenty.
